How can I apply to participate in the RDN network?
To become part of RDN, simply download and complete our Continuous Discount Agreement. After completion, please mail, fax or email the agreement to:

Once your CDA has been received you will receive a Welcome Kit in the mail within 2 weeks .


Why should I join the RDN network?
RDN builds long-term relationships with our providers, offering access to our large client base without the hassle of a lengthy contract and credentialing process. Additionally, we recognize the importance of timely payment for the services you provide.  We work closely with our esteemed payors who consistently pay their claims according to contract requirements and state laws.


How often is the CDA reimbursement updated or reviewed?
The reimbursement level for RDN is reviewed when requested by participating provider.


How does RDN steer patients (members) to my practice?
RDN steers patients to your practice in a number of ways. Not only does our online provider search list all participating providers, it is updated automatically. Frequently, directories are distributed to employees who request them. Payroll stuffers are available to employer groups to distribute to employees to encourage the use of RDN when seeking dental services. Postcards and posters are also provided to HR staff to prompt employees to visit www.rdn-llc.com to search for a network dental provider.


How do I determine a patient’s benefits?
To determine a patient’s benefits, please contact the Benefits Administrator listed on their dental/medical ID card. If you are having trouble determining who to contact, please call us at (888) 844-3517 an RDN representative will be more than happy to assist you locating the information. You may also use your Live Help feature between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST Monday – Friday to talk with a representative immediately.


Where do I submit my dental claims?
Please submit claims to the address indicated on the ID card or contact Renaissance Dental Network for assistance.


Does RDN accept electronic dental claims?
Renaissance Dental Network is set up to receive dental claims electronically through the payor EDI routing number that is located on the ID card.


How can I receive a listing of clients who access RDN?
To receive a listing of RDN clients, please contact RDN.
