Frequently Asked Agent Questions and Answers

How do I request a disruption report, claims analysis or a listing of network providers?
Requests for network information can be made two ways; on-line using our Request for Information form or by calling RDN Sales and Support at (888) 844-3517.


What is the access fee to utilize the RDN network?
Access fees are based on a percent of savings or a PEPM (per employee per month) fee.


What are the claims repricing options?

  • Payor reprices claims
  • Payor reprices claims online
  • RDN reprices claims

Will directories be provided?
A geographical provider listing will be provided to members only upon their request. RDN strongly encourages the use of our online provider search as it is the most accurate and up to date.


Will RDN recruit specifically based on the needs of my client?
Yes, simply provide RDN with a list of providers that are highly utilized and we will make every attempt to recruit them to join the network.


Are logos required on the ID card?
No logo is required, however they are strongly suggested.


Is steerage to network providers mandatory?
Steerage is not mandatory, but suggested.


What types of marketing materials are available?

  • Payroll stuffers
  • Postcards
  • Breakroom posters
